The amazing team at Spaulding Outpatient Center in Framingham led by Jennifer Green and Coach Laura held a Running Clinic for both our Spring teams.  The STRIVERS performed 3 screening tests that were scored by physical therapists. They learned some total body exercises consisting of strength and control aimed to decrease injury risk.
