Cross Training – Energy Fitness & Gymnastics and Yoga for Runners

Cross training is such an important part of a runner’345s training period.  Learning different ways to stretch and strengthen our bodies helps not only make us better runners but avoid injuries.  This season the girls participated in two classes.  One at Energy Fitness & Gymnastics that focused on strength and core.  We also introduced the girls to yoga and the beauty of stretching the body and the mind.
