Energy Gymnastics and Fitness Cross Training Class
The Summer and Fall teams’ cross training centered on improving the girls’ strength and agility as it relates to running. In a one hour session, the girls were introduced to a fun and energizing cross training class that focused on agility, plyometrics, core strength and balance for runners at Energy Fitness & Gymnastics.
