This is a special race for the STRIVERS for many reasons.  This was the first race our group participated in more than four ago, when our program began as Natick Fit Girls (2009). Since 2009 over 220 girls have gone through our program and many multiple times.  The Flutie race is also our local town race and it benefits The Dough Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.  The race this past fall was especially meaningful because we ran in honor of Eliza Murray, a local Natick student with Autism. Despite the cold, raw, and damp morning, everyone was all smiles when we ran the last hill with Eliza!
